The following right of withdrawal only applies to consumers, i.e. natural persons who conclude the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Businesses and resellers have no right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an email, a ticket in the customer area or via our withdrawal function at Withdraw from a contract). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you paid for the service from the balance of your customer account, we credit the amount to your balance unless you wish otherwise.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
At BoltLayer, this applies in particular to services that are fully performed with the setup, such as registering a domain with the registry or issuing an SSL certificate. For products with a term (e.g. servers, web hosting), the service is only fully performed when the term expires; if you withdraw within the period, you then only owe compensation for the time already used.
